Sessions
How will I receive my photos back?
There are three ways; the most common way is to receive them digitally to a specified email. Additionally, there is an option to receive the final photographs on a USB Drive for a $15.00 fee. To have the best of both worlds there is the option to receive the photographs digitally as well as on a USB for a $20.00 fee.
How long does it usually take to get my finalized photographs back?
Please be patient for the next eight + weeks while they are being edited to perfection. Each package instills TLC and is provided in a custom handmade package!
How many pictures can I expect to receive from my session?
Each session is different and I am a firm believer in quality over quantity.
Can I get all of the unedited images?
J. Tay Photography, LLC does offer the release of all the unedited images captured at the session at an additional fee of $2,000.00 which is applied to the session cost!
How long are the sessions typically?
Most sessions are on average about an hour in length! There are a few that run differently but that will be discussed with you prior to your session.
Can I bring my pets?
YES! If an off-the-leash session is desired, please relay this upon the location discussion!
Can I bring a helper?
Yes, only if the extra pair of hands is there to help.
What if the forecast isn't ideal for the session?
As long as the conditions are fair, meaning no high winds or thunderstorms, your session remains scheduled as is! There is no fee for mother nature’s mood swings!
Can I send you my ideas?
Absolutely! If there are ideas in mind, send them over, I love seeing new and creative ideas!
Do you travel?
Yes, J. Tay Photography, LLC travels up to a 25-mile radius of The Studio (Sullivan, WI). Any further distance will be charged per mile.
Wedding
Do you travel?
Yes, J. Tay Photography, LLC travels up to a 70-mile radius of The Studio (Sullivan, WI). Any further distance will be charged a travel fee!
How do we lock in our day?
Signing your contract & placing your down payment seals the deal! This can either be accomplished in person or online!
Will we meet you before the big day?
Whether or not an engagement session is scheduled, a face-to-face consultation will still occur prior to the wedding date. Important details about the wedding; the timeline and dream photographs will be discussed!
Is there a down payment required?
Yes, for all wedding packages, there is a $400.00 deposit required at the time of the engagement session (if included) or at the signing!
When is the final payment due?
The perfect time to take care of the remaining balance is at the final meeting before the big day; this presents the opportunity to fully embrace the wedding day activities!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, payment plans are offered. Please inquire about this option as soon as possible.
Should we have a second shooter?
A second shooter is not necessary although is readily available upon a request. Please inquire about this option at least six months prior to the wedding. Adding an extra shooter allows for additional perspectives to be captured on a memorable day!
Can we bring our pets & a helper to our engagement session?
Absolutely! Helpers are nice as they can occupy the pup, prepare, hold and/or rearrange the props utilized during the session.
What if the forecast is not ideal for our engagement session?
As long as conditions are fair, meaning no high winds or dangerous storms in the forecast, the session will occur as previously scheduled. There is no fee for mother natures mood swings!

Absolutely, if there are ideas in mind, send them over, I love seeing new and creative ideas!
How many photos can we expect back with our engagement session and wedding day?
Each package encompasses unique qualities and time frames, therefore a variety is anticipated.
Could I get all of the unedited photographs?
J. Tay Photography, LLC does offer to release all of the unedited images captured on the wedding day for a fee of $4,000.00. If you wish to have all of the unedited photographs from the engagement session, there will be an additional fee of $2,000.00
